Required Qualifications

- A minimum of five years of experience in construction project management.
- Proficiency in project management software, including AutoCAD and BIM.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using a TS Camera for setting out and surveying.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Perform Site Setting Out and Surveying using (TS) Cameras.
- Control costs and ensure projects stay within budget.
